This modern 3-bedroom property is on the first floor of a listed building in the very heart of Rome. For those travelers with a walking disability: there is no elevator available, and there are 20 steps from street level to the door.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is located by the world-known Spanish Steps and the famous shopping streets of “Il Tridente”. All bedrooms are decorated according to hotel standards, with the first bedroom featuring a king-size bed (The mattress being 200 cm wide), while the second one has a bed that’s slightly larger than a queen-size, standing at 180 cm wide. Every room has an ensuite bathroom, with the one in the third and final bedroom also fitting a washing machine (Please note that the washing machine doesn’t have drying capabilities).

The third bedroom is a hybrid space of sorts, as it’s also a dining room and it is connected to the kitchen, fully equipped, and features a dishwasher.

On top of its own bathroom, each room is complete with a wardrobe, its own desk, a heating independent system, and an A/C unit.

The apartment has been recently renovated and a free Wifi connection is offered to all guests. Frattina 1 overlooks Via Frattina and Via Bocca di Leone, two of the major luxury shopping destinations in the city of Rome.
