Imagine sleeping in an ancient palace, with Vannozza’s own Locanda del Gallo at the corner: where the inn once stood, and the family's insignia still marks the threshold to a bygone era!
Located mere seconds from the bustling Campo de’ Fiori, this accommodation is on the first floor of a building originally erected in the Middle Ages, so it has no elevator. The main bedroom is also on a mezzanine, so we regret that this solution is not suitable for those travelers with a walking disability. Cappellari 4 offers not just a place to stay, but an immersive experience into Rome’s vibrant nightlife and rich history.
Lovingly decorated to reflect the owner’s passion for the arts, Cappellari 4 has been tastefully renovated to comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 guests: it’s perfect for a romantic getaway or a cultural family vacation. Other landmarks reachable on foot from here include the very place of the murder of Julius Caesar (Largo di Torre Argentina), the Jewish Quarter, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and so much more!
The main bedroom, as mentioned, is on a mezzanine - you will be sleeping under the original wooden beams, with A/C and plenty of closet space. Downstairs from the bedroom, you will find a cozy living room with a queen-sized sofa bed, a dining room, and a convenient all-purpose storage room, which includes the washer and dryer. The only bathroom comes complete with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped (it includes a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and oven) and will allow you to show your culinary skills!
A free Wi-Fi connection is offered free of charge to all of our guests. Please note that the A/C unit is located upstairs in the main bedroom. Cappellari 4 features independent heating in the winter.
